Here’s a Sample of the “A Peaceful Place Meditation” Guided Meditation Script:
Visualization is a strong method
that lets you use your
imagination to aid you calm down.
I don’t want you to do that
once you’re driving,
but I’d such as you to return
to it later when you possibly can
discover a quiet time to calm down.
Simply find a snug spot,
hearken to my voice,
and follow my direction.
Take a moment to sit down back and calm down.
Gently close your eyes
and breathe deeply into your abdomen.
Feel yourself in your body,
at once on this moment.
As you breathe,
allow your body to
completely and fully calm down.
Stress is flowing out of you
with each breath.
Your body is becoming limp
and cozy.
Let the stress in your brow go.
Let the stress in your lips go.
Let the stress in your eyes go.
Just calm down within the comfortable
darkness that surrounds you.
Once you’re feeling completely relaxed and centered,
begin to bring yourself to one in all your favorite,
peaceful, beautiful places.
This may very well be a spot you’ve been before
like a silent redwood grove with cool shade
and towering ancient trees
that protect you of their mammoth embrace,
or a white sand beach where
the ocean waves gently lap the shore
and the smell of the ocean
makes you’re feeling at home.
It may very well be a spot built entirely
in your imagination,
a stunning, slowly swaying bridge that you simply stand on,
watching a babbling brook flow away beneath it,
or an ancient oak within the autumn,
something out of an old legend,
or golden leaves fall around you
as you sit under the shade
and watch the golden orange sun
omit the horizon into twilight.
