Here’s a Sample of the “A Color Meditation Script” Guided Meditation Script:
Color Your World
The world is stuffed with different colours, and you may practice mindfulness by listening to which of them you’re seeing in the current moment.
Seeing is a special experience from tuning in to the breath or body, but it surely offers the identical opportunity to be deeply present.
We rely heavily on our sense of sight, making it a robust tool for the cultivation of mindfulness.
You may do that practice anywhere.
You might be sitting at your desk, taking a ride on the bus, or walking down the road.
Wherever you choose to do that practice, put aside 10 minutes to dedicate yourself to it.
Arrive in the current moment.
Take a number of mindful breaths, feel the body where it’s, and permit your energy to settle.
Pick one color to concentrate on.
You might try starting with red someday, and work your way through the standard rainbow spectrum on each subsequent day.
Find one thing you may see that’s the color you have got picked.
Have a look at it with beginner’s mind, as if you have got never seen this thing before.
Note what it’s and its size and shape.
