Introduction

Real confidence arises after we accept this moment, and ourselves, just as is. This confidence meditation script guides the listener into an embodied experience of presence. Having grounded in breath awareness, we’re invited to just accept everything of what we notice, even when unpleasant. The result’s a relaxed and clarity that’s independent of our circumstances, the bottom for authentic self-confidence.

Anxiety relies on a mind that’s preoccupied with the longer term. One antidote to anxiety then, is guiding the mind back to the current moment. On this 5 minute meditation script for anxiety, we just do that. The listener is invited to ground their awareness within the body, surrendering to gravity and the connection to the earth. Held by this supportive presence, we are able to then turn attention to sensation within the body, observing what’s present.

The practice centers on accepting what’s present, softening around it and letting it go. All of the while, we remain supported by the body and breath. By practicing presence with this moment as is, we construct trust in our natural state of calm and clarity, and find confidence in our own resiliency.
