Here’s a Sample of the “A Relieving Anxiety Meditation Script” Guided Meditation Script:

Hello and welcome to this healing session for anxiety.

Get into a snug and relaxed position and just let go of all of your day by day stresses.

Allow yourself to only be here and now, letting your body just be.

You do not have to do anything because our bodies naturally need to be calm and relaxed.

Sometimes considering an excessive amount of or being tense and being anxious doesn’t allow for us to loosen up.

So naturally, we must let go of any need to regulate the current moment and future outcomes.

We feel anxious because we are likely to over-analyze what we expect will occur today, tomorrow or next week.

We do that out of habit because prior to now, situations and outcomes that didn’t occur the best way we expected, and we are likely to feel that we have to be on top of things and be fearful.

In an effort to change this habit, we must change our self-image and create recent beliefs.

That is what this session will teach you, but first, we want to get in a relaxed state and go inside, calming our mind with some respiratory.

I’ll count down and with it number I say I would like to completely inhale together with your belly out and exhale tightening your belly.

And with each breath, you’ll feel increasingly relaxed, taking you right into a deep state of peace.

I’ll count down now.

5…Take a full in breath and as you exhale feel the strain loosen somewhat bit.

4…Take a pleasant deep breath in and as you exhale you’re feeling much more relaxed and tensions let go.

3…Full breath in…and out.

Your mind is becoming calm and clear.

2…Inhale deeply and if you exhale observe how the necessity to regulate subsides as you change into extremely relaxed.

1…As you are taking your last breath and exhale slowly you’re feeling any tension is gone, and you’re in complete peace and tranquility.
