The love that grows between you and your child is more giving than anything you may possibly buy.

Experience now the sensation of the love between you and your baby without delay.

Imagine without delay the moments you’ve gotten collected together thus far.

Imagine all of the times you held your baby near your body, sharing warmth.

Fully immerse yourself with these feelings of affection, and acknowledge that you’ve gotten immense gratitude for what your baby gives you.

Begin to feel a way of overwhelming gratitude for what you’re able to provide to your baby.

Sit now with these memories and feelings for somewhat while. (Pause for 15 seconds)

Good.

Now bring about feelings of gratitude towards those that love you and take care of you. Let images of those wonderful people appear in your mind.

See their smiles and feel yourself smiling on this vision. Clearly see them doing things for you that you just are grateful for. Thank them, and hug them, knowing that they expect nothing in return from you except love.
