Guided Meditation and Teaching by Michael Taft

On this guided nondual meditation, we allow awareness to look at itself very clearly. The clarity is heightened by means of inquiry questions.

The meditation begins with specializing in motivation and rousing bodhicitta—on this case meaning confidence and compassion.
Next we do a mixture of deep respiratory, guided visualization, and mantra recitation (Om Mani Padme Hum) to pay attention and stabilize the mind.
Then we drop into the Natural Mind a rest their in vibrant, clear awareness.
Within the second half of the meditation, we use inquiry inquiries to examine the character of awareness more deeply.

After the meditation, Michael offers a dharma talk, after which answers questions from live viewers.
