Here’s a Sample of the “Compassion for the Whole Body” Guided Meditation Script:

Hello, and welcome to this gentle guided meditation practice that can invite you to cultivate compassion on your whole body. Before we start, take a moment to seek out a snug position either seated or lying down.

Lengthen your spine gently should you can, after which allow your limbs to chill out.
6 sec

Begin by noticing the parts of your body that make contact with the surface beneath you, becoming aware that you simply are held and supported by gravity.
6 sec

Now draw your attention to your breath and take a number of cleansing breath cycles. Consider that every breath in fills you with fresh, restorative oxygen…
3 sec

And every breath out clears you of what you now not require.
10 sec

After your next cleansing out-breath, proceed to breathe naturally as you mind the breath’s effortless ebb and flow.

In a moment, we’ll move right into a body scan, calling upon loving energy to fill each a part of the body. This process will appear and feel different for every considered one of us since all of us occupy our very own unique body. Some body parts will feel spacious or light… others might feel numb or contracted… and a few might hold difficult emotions.

Our intention on this practice isn’t to guage what’s present inside the body but to nourish it with compassionate awareness – no matter the way it feels or how we feel about it.
